Rhino’s family of epoxy flooring products have are being applied in commercial, industrial and residential applications. All of the formulations have been time-tested to withstand steady foot traffic, heavy industrial equipment and chemical resistance.

 

Rhino flooring products are specially formulated to provide economical savings and quick return-to-service times. They are formulated to be applied by brush, roller, squeegee or trowel. Rhino epoxy floor coatings are ideal for virtually all horizontal and vertical flooring applications.

Epoxy Flooring Products

Rhino™ 405 - is a structural epoxy repair gel for rebuilding cracks/spalls. It is a highly versatile, 100% solids high build system. Its wide variety of uses on concrete substrate include structural restoration, patching, and adhesive repairs. The long working life of Rhino 405 is ideal for repairing large concrete floors and restoration of deteriorated concrete structures.

Rhino™ 1500is a clear, two-part sealer that can be applied over concrete and many other substrates. Rhino 1500 dries quickly, usually lacquer dry (dust free) within 1 – 2 hours. It has a long working life (4 – 6 hours) which allows larger batches to be mixed. Rhino 1500 cleans up easily with soap and water from tools and hands.

Rhino™ 1501is a pigmented coating that can be applied over concrete and many other substrates. Rhino 1501 coating dries quickly, usually lacquer dry within 1 – 2 hours. It also has a long working life (4 – 6 hours). Rhino 1501 offers a great “hide” in one coat at greater than 150 sq.ft./gallon. It cleans up easily with soap and water from tools and hands.

Rhino™ 2300 is a very versatile, general purpose, multi-use epoxy with good chemical resistance. It can be applied easily over concrete substrates as a coating or slurry. Rhino 2300 coating dries quickly, usually tack free within 4 – 6 hours.

Rhino™ 9300is a high quality Bis-F epoxy novolac coating system which has superior chemical and abrasion resistance versus Bis-A type epoxy resins. This tightly crosslinked, self leveling epoxy system cures in the presence of moisture and humidity with excellent mechanical properties.

Floor Coatings Systems

Concrete Crack Filler – Structural Epoxy Gel that is a highly versatile, 100% solids high build system. Its wide variety of uses on concrete substrate include structural restoration, patching, and adhesive repairs.

Primer – A clear, two-part water-based epoxy primer that is easy to mix, easy to use. Coatings - Typically a one or two coat system and can be used as a stand alone product.

Self Leveling System - To be used to fill pitted concrete and can be used as a stand alone product or top coated.

Broadcast System - A coating with aggregate broadcast into it for slip resistance and/or to build film thickness and top coated.

Slurry Filled System - A coating filled with material where as the fill material falls out and fills pitted and degraded concrete. Designed to provide a refinished surface prior to topcoat.

Trowel System - A coating that is filled to a trowel consistency, hand troweled or power troweled. Typically used when there is heavier traffic with a requirement for better impact resistance and compressive strength. Also a better system for moisture vapor remediation.
